INDICATIONS

BIOZURIL 2.5% Oral is effective in the prevention and treatment of coccidial infections in lambs caused by Eimeria crandallis
or Eimeria ovinoidalis and in calves caused by Eimeria bovis or Eimeria zuernii. In cases where there is uncertainty whether
symptoms are caused by coccidiosis, faeces examination is recommended.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration via feed or drinking water. Shake well before administration. It is advised to treat all lambs and/ or
calves of the herd at the same time.
Treatment: Calves, lambs : 1 ml per 25 kg bodyweight in one single treatment.
Prevention: Calves, lambs : 1 ml per 25 kg bodyweight at about 4 – 6 weeks of age. Under conditions of high infection pressure, a second treatment may be indicated about 3 weeks after the first dose.
Mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately. Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
